Hays Market Meat Department is and always has been our signature Department. We use only USDA Choice Beef, grind our Hamburger fresh daily (no tube ground beef), and make our homemade sausages, and prepared meals on site. Come in and ask for a special cut or cooking tips and our Meat Department Staff will be happy to help you.
